Bergin (Chicago, U.S.A) and formerly Kilbreedy, Rathdowney, Co. Laois. February 28th 2019. Peacefully at his home (Chicago), in the presence of his family. Matthew (Matt), U.S. Army Veteran. Predeceased by his brothers Tommy, Billy and Paddy and his sister Theresa (Phelan), also remembering his parents at this time Matthew and Bridget. Sadly mourned by his loving wife Anne (Nancy) and his son Matthew, daughter-in-law Miranda and his beloved grandchildren, Andrew, Jennifer and Melissa, his brothers Joe and Peter, his sisters Mary and Anna, sisters-in-law Nancy, Mena, Peggy, Maureen, Anna, Dolores (Coss), Kathleen (Delaney) and Bridie (Grennan), brother-in-law Sean Slevin, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Funeral Mass on Monday, March 4th, in The Church Of St, Catherine Of Alexandria (Chicago) followed by burial in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Alsip, ILLINOIS.

Copley (nee Phelan) Green Rd., Portlaoise, March 1st 2019. Peacefully in the tender care of the staff of Kilminchy Lodge Nursing Home. Betty, beloved wife of the late Jack. Dearly loved mother to Ann, Helen, Deirdre, and Séan. Cherished grandmother to Aoife, Niamh, Ciarán, Stehphen, Christian, Ciara, Brian, Eoin, Lauren, and Danielle, great-grandmother to Fiadh. Deepy regretted by her loving family, sons-in-law, Philip and Gerry and daughter-in-law Lillian, brothers John and Donal, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Keegan’s Funeral home on Saturday from 6 pm. With rosary at 8 pm. Removal on Sunday to SS Peter and Paul’s Church to arrive for 12.30 pm Mass. Interment will follow in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery, Portlaoise.

Peacefully at St Vincent’s Hospital Mountmellick. Loving husband of the late Catherine. Deeply regretted by his loving family Barry , Mark and Carol son-in-law Paul, daughter-in-law Tracey, grandchildren Ellenanna , Killian, Ruan, Abbey and Erin, brothers, sisters, mother-in-law, brothers- in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Maher’s Chapel of Rest on Friday and Saturday from 7:30pm with Rosary at 9pm on both evenings. Removal on Sunday at 11:30am arriving St. Michael’s Church, Portarlington for Requiem Mass at 12:15pm. Funeral afterwards to St. Michael’s Cemetery, Portarlington.

Peacefully at home. Rosemary will be sadly missed by her loving daughter Rosealie and her friend Susan.

Reposing at 248 Arden View, Tullamore on Sunday from 5pm until Rosary at 7pm. Removal on Monday morning to St. Colman’s Church, Mucklagh, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial after Mass in the adjoining Old Cemetery.

Christopher (Chris) Cuddy, Levenshulme, Manchester and formerly of St. Patrick’s Tce., Castletown, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. February 8th. 2019 (unexpectedly) in England. Predeceased by his Parents Christy and Mary (nee Phelan). Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by his loving brother Michael, sister Pauline (Byrne), brother-in-law Pat, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Guilfoyle’s Funeral Home, Castletown, Mountrath this Friday evening (1st. March) from 6 o’c with rosary in the funeral home at 9 o’c. Removal on Saturday morning (2nd. March) at 11.45 o’c to St. Edmund’s Church, Castletown for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, with burial immediately afterwards in Churchtown Cemetery, Castletown.

Devoy, Liam (Kilnamanagh, Dublin 24 and formerly of Ballyadams, Co. Laois), February 27th, 2019 peacefully at Tallaght Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Beatrice and adored father of Lisa, Noelle, Martin and Patrick; sadly missed by his loving grandchildren Ciaran, Conor, Anna, Kate, Orla, Ciara, Eoin, Daniel, Aidan, Ronan, Demi, Dion and the late Aoife, sons-in-law Wayne and Derek, daughters-in-law Susan and Nicola, brother Noel, sisters Julia and Bridget, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at his home on Friday (March 1st) from 5pm until 8pm. Removal on Saturday (March 2nd) to St. Kevin’s Church, Kilnamanagh arriving for 10am Funeral Mass and afterwards to Newlands Cross Cemetery. All enquiries to Fanagans Funeral Directors, Tallaght Village – 01 451 6701.
