A social media sensation she has an army of followers on Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat and is also a regular contributor to the Ireland AM programme on TV3. Recently crowned Laois’s Best Young Entrepreneur in the Most Established category, she will represent Laois at the national IBYE final in March.
