In Pictures: Debutantes dress to impress at Heywood CS Do

Heywood Community School certainly brought the style with them for this year’s debs.

Crowds of proud mammies, younger siblings and eager onlookers gathered at the Abbeyleix Manor Hotel, as is now tradition, to wave off the young debutantes.

Debs season is now off to a flying start around the county, St Fergal’s Rathdowney, Portlaoise CBS, and Knockbeg College already getting glitzed and glammed for the affair.

The suits have gone an extreme level this year, while red appears to becoming more and more of a popular colour among dresses.

We were there to catch all of the excitement at the Manor Hotel before the young debs goers headed off in their flocks to dance the night away!

LaoisToday are visiting each debs around the county so keep an eye on the site to see pictures of all the young debutantes before the night wages on!
