There was a huge turnout this morning as Operation Transformation came to Emo!
The show’s doctor, Dr. Sumi was joined by Claire Beakhurst to lead the walk in Emo Court & Parklands and this was part of the nationwide initiative to get active this new year and live a healthier lifestyle.
Claire Beakhurst started out the season of Operation Transformation as a leader however she had to pull out of the show due to health reasons.
However, that hasn’t stopped her from keeping active and making an effort and there were plenty of locals to keep her company today.
The cold didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits so what better way to kick off or continue a healthy lifestyle.
Operation Transformation aims to help participants to lose weight and get fit with the expert help of a personal dietician, fitness instructor and psychologist.
It airs every Wednesday night on RTÉ One at 9:35pm.
