In Pictures: Portlaoise College collaborate with Tidy Towns in campaign against litter and waste

On Thursday the March 5, Portlaoise College Green Schools Committee along with Principal, Noel Daly collaborated with Tidy Towns.

The aim was to become active citizens in their campaign against litter and waste.

This is part of Portlaoise Colleges commitment to tackling climate change, sustainable living and waste management.

This comes off the back of a recent talent show held in Portlaoise College.

They had the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and abilities during the Talent Show at Portlaoise College on February 27.

Acts included traditional, classical and rock music, sign language, singing and dancing and a combined effort by two first year students playing on one piano.

They are not only talented but environmentally friendly also.

Well done to all involved.
