Croft Alley has been a huge addition to Portlaoise’s Main Street over the past 12 months even if owner Gale Watchorne has had to endure a most unusual first year in business.
Open a year this month, Croft Alley is a traditional Neapolitan woodfire pizza restaurant, sourcing the best local and authentic Italian produce. It has proved hugely popular since opening its doors.
And why wouldn’t it? It’s a beautiful set-up with a high-quality offering.
And they’re now doing lunch – for both take-out and in their outdoor seating area that is compliant with the current restrictions.
