A feast of Irish beef at this weekend’s Folly Festival in Cullohill

    This weekend’s Folly Festival in Cullohill will feature a Cookery Demo & Feast of Irish Beef in association with Bord Bia and the Farmer’s Journal.

    Michelin trained TV Chef Kwanghi Chan will do a Cookery Demonstration of Irish Beef on Saturday, July 20, at 3.30pm.

    Following the demonstration there will be a ‘Feast of Irish Beef’ on the Fair Green.

    The Feast is a fully ticketed event with tickets being available from the ‘Ticket Tent’ on Saturday.

    Tickets are €10 and entitle you to a barbecued Striploin steak served with breads and salads. Also included is a glass of prosecco or a soft drink.
